By accessing or using the services provided by VisaEase Solutions ("VisaEase," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our website, consultation services, and visa or passport processing assistance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and VisaEase Solutions.

VisaEase Solutions offers third-party facilitation services for visa applications, appointment scheduling, consulate-related procedures, and passport renewals.

We assist with US visa booking, slot booking, consulate services, and passport renewal processes. VisaEase is not a government entity or affiliated with any government agency.

Our services are limited to guidance, document preparation, and submission assistance. We do not guarantee visa approval or appointment availability, as these are determined by relevant government authorities.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. VisaEase reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation required for visa or passport processing.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal details, travel itineraries, financial statements, and any other documents requested by VisaEase or government authorities.

VisaEase is not liable for delays, rejections, or other issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent submissions.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the relevant government authorities.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided by VisaEase and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All fees for our services are clearly outlined at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Service fees charged by VisaEase cover consultation, document preparation, and submission assistance but do not include government or consulate fees, which are your responsibility.

Payments must be made in full before services are rendered. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified on our website.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable except in cases where VisaEase fails to provide the agreed-upon services due to our error.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days and returned to the original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for visa rejections, appointment cancellations, or delays caused by government authorities or user-provided inaccuracies.

VisaEase Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to delays in visa processing, visa rejections, appointment unavailability, travel disruptions, or financial losses.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and we make no warranties regarding the outcome of visa or passport applications.

You acknowledge that visa approvals and appointment scheduling are solely at the discretion of government authorities.

All content on the VisaEase Solutions website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VisaEase Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described therein.

VisaEase implements reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of the information you provide.

VisaEase reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with payment obligations.

Upon termination, you must cease using our services, and any outstanding fees remain payable.

VisaEase shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, or technical failures.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume services as soon as practicable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
